What data we collect
From the registration form: the child's name, date of birth, school, English level, allergies and health conditions; the parent's or guardian's name, phone and email.
Why we use it
To register your child, contact you, and keep your child safe and healthy at camp. Health data is seen only by the camp team and the pediatrician.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in a secure database. To protect the form from bots, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser when the form is sent.
Photos and video
By registering, the parent agrees that photos and videos of their child taken at camp may be published on the camp's website and social media. You can withdraw consent at any time.
